Where to go

Find your polling location by entering your postal code in a form on the Elections Ontario site. This will give you the locations for polls that are open on election day, advance polls, and the returning office.

On Election Day

In Don Valley West, there are over 40 polling locations that will be open 9am-9pm on June 2. They are generally within walking distance from your home. While convenient, there is sometimes a line. The workers do their best to keep things moving, but it can take a bit of time (20-30 minutes.)

Advance Polls

Our favourite way to vote is the advance polls. There’s usually no line up and the atmosphere is casual. There are four advance polling location in Don Valley West. Two of them open on May 19 and another two open on May 21. These locations are open 10am-8pm.

At the Returning Office

Polls are already open at the returning office, which is located at 45 Overlea Blvd, Suite 400. If you are going to be away, this is a great option.

Need more?

If none of these work for you, there are other options, such as vote by mail (requires application, so act early) and voting by home visit. Elections Ontario also has a variety of accessible voting options.

If you need additional assistance, you can call Elections Ontario (1-888-668-8683) or the Don Valley West Returning Office (1-833-705-3201).
